Manufacturer and responsible-person disclosures

We sell physical goods, primarily tabletop and board games and related accessories, sourced from a range of manufacturers and publishers based both inside and outside the European Union. Where a product's manufacturer is established outside the EU and no EU-based responsible person is identified on the packaging, [COMPANY LEGAL NAME] acts as the importer for the purposes of Regulation (EU) 2023/988 on general product safety and, where applicable, ensures the product bears the required manufacturer name, registered trade name or trademark, and contact address, along with any conformity markings required for the product category. Warnings, age suitability, intended use, and materials

Each product listing states, where applicable, the recommended age range, choking-hazard warnings for small parts, and any other safety warnings required for the product category. Materials used (such as paper, cardboard, wood, plastics, metals, and textiles) are described in the product listing where relevant to safe use. Products are intended for their stated purpose only, for example tabletop play by users within the recommended age range and under any supervision indicated on the packaging or listing. Incident, corrective action, and recall route
