Terms

Contract terms for Shopify-hosted checkout, orders, returns, and complaints.

Trader identity

These Terms of Service govern your use of [TRADING NAME] (the "store"), the online storefront operated by [COMPANY LEGAL NAME], with registered address at [REGISTERED ADDRESS], Greece. Tax identification number (AFM): [AFM / VAT NUMBER], competent tax office (DOY): [TAX OFFICE (DOY)], General Commercial Registry (GEMI) number: [GEMI NUMBER]. For any question about these Terms, contact us at [SUPPORT EMAIL] or [SUPPORT PHONE], [SUPPORT HOURS].

Order formation through Shopify hosted checkout

Browsing and product selection take place on this website. When you proceed to purchase, you are transferred to our Shopify-hosted checkout, which is operated by Shopify and secured with industry-standard encryption. All order data, payment processing, invoicing, and order records are created and stored within that checkout environment, not on this website. A contract of sale is concluded only once you complete checkout and receive an order confirmation email. Prices, product availability, and order status shown on this website are indicative; the order and its confirmed contents as recorded in Shopify checkout prevail in the event of any discrepancy. Additional consumer policies (shipping, refunds, terms of service) are also published within Shopify under Settings, Policies, and form part of the applicable contractual terms alongside this page.

Payment, tax, shipping, returns, and legal guarantee

All prices are displayed in euros (EUR) and, unless stated otherwise, are inclusive of applicable Greek VAT. Payment is processed exclusively through the payment providers enabled in Shopify checkout; we do not receive or store your full card details. Applicable VAT and shipping costs are calculated automatically by Shopify checkout based on the delivery address and selected shipping method, and are shown before you confirm payment. As a consumer, you have a right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason, in accordance with Law 2251/1994 and Directive 2011/83/EU. To exercise this right, contact us at [SUPPORT EMAIL] and return the goods, unused and in their original packaging, to [RETURN ADDRESS]; return shipping costs are borne by the consumer unless the goods are defective or non-conforming. All products also benefit from the statutory two-year legal guarantee of conformity for goods that are defective or do not match their description at the time of delivery, at no additional cost to you.

Complaints and ADR via Synigoros tou Katanaloti

If you have a complaint, please contact us first at [SUPPORT EMAIL] so we can resolve it directly. If we are unable to reach a satisfactory resolution, you may refer the dispute to the Greek Consumer Ombudsman (Synigoros tou Katanaloti), the competent independent authority for out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes in Greece, or to the General Secretariat of Commerce and Consumer Protection. You also retain the right to pursue any claim before the competent Greek courts.
