Delivery countries, restrictions, rates, estimates, and made-to-order timing.

Countries served and delivery restrictions

[TRADING NAME] ships to Greece and to destinations across the European Union. Availability of delivery to a given country is confirmed automatically at checkout based on the address you enter — if a destination is not currently served, you will not be able to complete an order to that address. We do not currently ship outside the EU. Certain remote islands or areas with limited courier coverage may have longer transit times or restricted delivery options, which will be shown at checkout where applicable.

Shipping rates or calculation method

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address, the weight and dimensions of your order, and the delivery method you select. All shipping rates are shown in euros (EUR), inclusive of applicable VAT, before you confirm and pay for your order. Order value or weight thresholds may qualify certain orders for reduced-rate or free shipping; any such promotions are displayed at checkout when they apply. The full, current shipping rates and delivery options for your destination are maintained in our checkout system and presented to you before payment.

Dispatch and delivery estimates

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days of payment confirmation, excluding weekends and Greek public holidays. Once dispatched, delivery within Greece generally takes 1-3 business days, and delivery to other EU countries generally takes 3-7 business days, depending on the destination and courier. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery windows, and may be affected by customs processes, courier delays, peak-season volume, or circumstances beyond our control. Where available, a tracking number will be provided by email once your order ships.

Default 30-day delivery rule

Unless a specific delivery date has been agreed with you at the time of order, [TRADING NAME] will deliver your order without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 30 calendar days from the date the order was placed, in accordance with Greek Consumer Protection Law 2251/1994 and Directive 2011/83/EU. If we are unable to deliver within this period, you may contact us to agree a new delivery date; if we fail to deliver within that further period, or if delivery within 30 days was essential to you, you are entitled to terminate the contract and receive a full refund.
