Withdrawal

Online withdrawal route and model withdrawal form for distance sales.

Electronic withdrawal instructions

If you are a consumer shopping from Greece or another EU member state, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days, without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you (or a third party you named, other than the carrier) take physical possession of the goods. For orders split into multiple parcels or lots, the period runs from receipt of the last item, parcel, or lot.

To exercise this right, you must inform [TRADING NAME] of your decision to withdraw with a clear statement before the deadline expires. You can do this in either of two ways: submit the online withdrawal form at /withdraw, or send a written notice by email to [SUPPORT EMAIL]. You do not need to return the goods before notifying us, but you must send the goods back, or hand them over, within 14 days of the day you communicate your withdrawal.

Once you have validly withdrawn, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery charges, within 14 days of being informed of your decision. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier. Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, through the payment providers enabled in Shopify checkout, unless you expressly agree otherwise. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Please send returned goods to [RETURN ADDRESS]. Pack items securely, in their original packaging where possible, and include your order number so we can match the return to your purchase.

Durable confirmation process

Once we receive your withdrawal notice, whether submitted through /withdraw or by email, we will send you a confirmation of receipt on a durable medium, by email to the address associated with your order, without undue delay. This confirmation records the date your notice was received and is not a decision on the outcome of your return. A separate confirmation, covering inspection of the returned goods and the refund issued, follows once processing is complete.
